WHAT IS THE HISTORY OF THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS?
"Aging comes from the feet" according to the wisdom from the ancient traditional Asian medicine. Korean foot patches have played a prominent role in natural health for over 500 years. They have been documented by Korean physician Heo Jun (1546 - 1615 AD) who wrote complete texts of the times. Over the centuries, Koreans have learned how to combine the right herbs and in the correct quantities to finally lead to the creation of these magnificent gold pads.
HOW LONG DO I KEEP THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS ON?
We suggest that you apply them before you go to bed and remove them upon awakening (approximately 8 to 10 hours) to achieve excellent results. You may keep them on as long as you wish as long as you do not have a sensitivity to adhesives.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO SEE WITH ONE USE OF THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS?
If you do not have poor circulation, you should see a soiled pad which may be slimey and have a bad odor. As you use the foot patches on a regular basis, the pads should start to look lighter and become dryer. It may take a few weeks, months, or over a year to see this change. Once this change occurs, then revert to a maintenance program of using the SOLE Pads twice a week.
WHAT IF I HAVE POOR CIRCULATION?
If your circulation is poor, you may have to apply the pad several nights in a row on the same area of the foot before the foot patch comes off soiled in the morning.
CAN I APPLY THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS ON OTHER AREAS OF MY BODY?
Yes. Place a pad on those areas along with a pad on the sole of the foot that corresponds to that reflexology area. Never place a pad over an open wound or mucus membrane.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS?
One hundred years ago, you probably would not have had to use them at all. Since our environment has changed over the years, we encourage you to use the pads each day, alternating feet, until you see the pads become lighter and dry. Then using them twice a week should help keep you refreshed and invigorated.
WILL THE INNER HEALTH SOLE PADS HELP SMOKERS?
People who smoke will find that the slimey fluids that appear on the SOLE Pads in the morning will have a slimey yellowy brown color to them. Some smokers immediately reach for a cigarette in the morning. However, some have said they did not smoke for hours after one use of the SOLE Pad.
You must realize that each week you must cut back by one cigarette a day to beat this vice. In other words, it you smoke 8 cigarettes a day, then for a week while using the pads only smoke 7 cigarettes a day. The following week only smoke 6 a day and so on. It should be an easy way to stop.
